My items were shipped in a used box with multiple bar codes on the box that were NOT marked out or covered. It took almost a month to get my order when it should have taken a few days. When I asked for a refund this seller told me NO. That once HE got the cans back he d refund me my money, because he s not going to take the chance that I m an honest person and would pay for the cans if I did get them. If I would have refund he would have the cans and the money and if he would have found a way to pay me, then I would be selling them outside of ebay and then I could get kicked off ebay.
