To no fault of the seller, it was definitely the shipper. Contacted the seller and they responded very quickly, were very understanding and sent out a replacement immediately. Great price for the case since I had been looking for original cases without a red logo. Even though there was a mixup with the first case I got, the seller immediately responded and fixed the issue right away. Great customer service and communication! I have to admit I was initially skeptical about the product’s quality, but that changed once it arrived. It's the original case, in great condition, and it was very well packaged. The only thing I found a bit odd was that the shipping cost was almost the same as the item itself, haha. As for the delivery time, it was fair — about a week via standard mail. Overall, I recommend the seller!
