Delays in delivery by the shipping company were soon rectified with the quick support of the Forest Master Sales Support team. My only disappointment was the operator handle metal shield was slightly bent on arrival caused by the handling during shipping (which was not Forest Master’s fault) and does not impair the operation of the machine. Overall very happy and would recommend this item and supplier.
