The old GM ones that I’ve had replaced at a dealership failed after one year. Hope these last longer but in my opinion they feel a little heavier then the OEM actuators meaning they don’t feel cheap. Awesome customer service thanks guys

It was all open up and torn down. It did not had any internal bubble wrap to secure it or else, and it actually came with a broken connector because of the excessive play within the box. I went ahead and contacted the seller, explain the situation and sent pictures as proof. Immediately, they apologize for the inconvenience and offer to send me another one.
