What's his problem I fail to understand. If you have so much distrust then don't buy online. Mistakes happen and sellers do their best to correct their mistake or offer to refund.

I checked them when they arrived and they were in perfect condition. Compared to other sellers on Ebay's site The Big Ship seller's price was really really good and very reasonable. The ones I previously had had perished when I took the curtains down to wash and I needed replacements. They were delivered very quickly and were well packaged. I would definitely recommend this seller 100%.
