I contacted seller and he messaged me back quickly that due to new regulations all batteries had to be in child proof packaging. I returned the item, and seller promptly issued a return of funds. I only blame seller for not mentioning this issue. Nor did any other seller. Basically, a good seller that missed the mark one time for me.

They are child proof packaging that are extremely difficult to get out for usage! I contacted the seller regarding incorrect advertising and was sent a lengthy explanation regarding child proof packaging and the law and how to open the packaging with scissors. The box was crushed due to shipment in an envelope. They did offer for me to return them but my 91 year old mother needs them.
