They QUICKLY sent out a new one! Communication was great and fast! Can't ask for anything better! Not their fault their supplier sent them a bad part! My packaging was not damaged or abused so I'm sure it was a supplier issue. Would buy again if they hold up. Can’t say enough about the seller 🤩 They responded back within a few minutes troubleshooting the issue.
