Product issue from manufacturer, they went above and beyond to resolve it, great communication and genuinely nice company. The pen is amazing, arrived well boxed, perfect condition other than the manufacturer fault not from shipping. Great price, and in one of the limited edition colours, having the clear grip helps with cleaning and printing too!

This supplier is using RM untracked and I'm starting to be put off purchasing things shipped by Evri. They are too much trouble. I recommend this supplier, 100% & RM for shipment

Seller comms very good; kind, attentive & helpful response to my queries. Glad they're here safe & sound; great quality cartridges, for a great price. I will definitely be back for more.
