The packaging was not damaged in anyway, so it wasn’t a shipping issue. I have reached out to the seller twice now to see if they could either refund my money or replace the item. I have yet to hear back fromthe seller, which is ridiculous! I’m not sure if it is the seller, avoiding me and my request or if they just have not had a chance to view their email. However, it’s been a couple days since I actually emailed the first time.
