However, you do not get 3 packs, you get 1 pack that coincidentally can be cut into 3 paper filters, whilst you still only receive one charcoal filter. This is the exact same as what you receive in a standard pack anyway. I contacted the seller regarding this and they were very rude and did not acknowledge that this is misleading or offer a solution. Again "What you receive is a a standard pack" exactly, that is what is shown and that is what is described in the listing. You've left us bad feedback because you can't take ownership of your own mistake, you are being very unfair.
