It looks like you have mistaken our transaction with another. We are eBay sellers and have no system involved to take any additional payments. There was no £53.54 transaction from us, the transaction that was disputed was for the £45.99 which came from the buyer after the item has been purchased and dispatched in order to receive a free item. This is a totally false claim.
