I guessing this is some kinda scam. Shame on me for trying again. Item has yet to be shipped. I have not recieved decals. No response from seller

I opened a claim with eBay which took another week to resolve and still no response from the seller. So basically I was out of my purchase money for 3 weeks and never received the item. I would be very cautious before ordering from this seller !!!! SCAM ALERT
