One of a number of cancelled Virtual Boy projects, Bound High was a simple puzzle game by Japan System Supply and designer Hideyuki Nakanishi where the character Chalvo bounces and jumps through virtual worlds. In a top-down view (which is constantly shifting to show off the depth of view of the Virtual Boy's 3D simulation technology), you move the character around on a series of platforms, bouncing sky-high and trying to avoid enemies and traps when you land. The game was to feature three modes of play: Quest, Puzzle and Random.Bound High was cancelled, but the lead character later made it to a Game Boy game called Chalvo 55.Product Identifiers
