They repaired the dim LED lights on our control panel, fixed a couple of other faults and found a replacement faceplate for us. The original faceplate lost a couple of its attachment brackets in shipment and could not be reattached to the range without them. The replacement faceplate solved that issue and got our range back in service. Thank you again for a great job, great communication and great customer service.

Needed a couple extra parts not covered in their listed repair. However I knew this was a possibility prior to shipping board to them. Also had a very dim display. Had them fix that as well. No more guessing what the temp is set at. Turn around time was very quick and communication was excellent. Called me about additional parts needed before fixing. Very professional and excellent service. Thanks again

They were only about just over a week behind. Part was repaired, shipped back, and I reinstalled it with no issues. Oven is working perfectly, so far. Return shipping can be pricey with added insurance. Overall a great Experience.

The USPS lost it for a couple days but thats not the sellers fault. They called and emailed to let me know the repair was made and it was being shipped back to me. It solved my problem.
