I returned it and ordered the size Medium, which arrived promptly and was perfect. It's a great jacket, stylish, warm and fits me (I am 6 feet tall and weigh 174lbs and have longish arms). I only had to pay for the return postage (£3 something) for the large one I returned and was refunded promptly. Very pleased with the whole process and would definitely recommend using this seller.
