I asked the seller to refund me if they could still not send on the to me! The seller told me they was going to send it on the 15th but it seems that because I asked why I did not receive it they would no longer send it at all and issued a refund. His parcel eventually came back to me because he wasn't in and didn't collect it from the post office!
