(A bit tricky to open without risking harm to the coat.) The coat itself is as described and fits perfectly; I wore it immediately over just a teeshirt and it kept me toasty in 27 deg F. Decent value for the money spent; I just wish packing was a bit better.

They shared with me the info they had gotten from the post office, which had said it was shipped, and offered a refund which went through not even 20mins later. Honesty and accountability is always a good thing to me so 5 stars for being a good person.
