They helped me find out where my package was when there was tracking difficulties. The plates were EXTREMELY safe, absolutely smothered in bubble wrap and secured. The plates are in perfect condition as described. Definitely going to look good on my wall. Price was really good for the product received as well. No chips or scratches.

Post office had misplaced item temporarily. seller offered refund, or reship, just prior to USPS finding package. You actually live only 30 minutes from me so I should have just driven to you! I did ship it out right away, but I'm so sorry that it didn't arrive on time.
