However, Returns were enabled for this purchase and as this is the first purchase from this seller that I wanted to return, i was unfamiliar with the process. I had NO IDEA that returns negatively impact sellers. Although my ignorance isn't an excuse, the seller banned me from future purchases which is why my experience has not been positive
