I had one issue with a damaged accessory. They quickly shipped me a replacement at no cost to me. Great experience!

As stated to the seller, they are not the cheapest ebay vendor for most of our gaming needs; however, their customer feedback, quality reviews and on time communications lead me to believe if I experienced an issue, I'd be in good hands.
