Or they’re just careless and decided to not provide any foam bubble or proper packaging for an antique delicate frame, resulting in it being damaged. I requested a partial refund for restoration that they denied. I’ve now asked for a full refund since it is damaged. Be careful if you’re purchasing from the seller. My two frames arrived w 2 issues; 1) the paint is damaged/rubbed off on every side of the frame, as if they shipped it before it was dry, 2) the frame is literally coming apart. I sent them photos and requested a return. After several days, they responded - very short messages w zero concern or remorse - that they would send me paint for me to touch up & clips!
