Also did not come with a speaker cover or grill. Which was overlooked by me but could have been stated by seller so that it was known. Item arrived quickly, and seemed to take can in packaging! Contacted seller about a crack naturally they claimed it wasn’t there when shipped! But there was no damage on outside of box. The book was in pristine condition and even included an original receipt in the back where someone bought the book in a gun store in 1996. This was a great value, and I can't thank the seller enough for both the fast shipping and outstanding packaging!
