The product the seller sent me was better than advertised. The packing was better than OEM. I had a bad stick of RAM and discovered this about a week after receiving. I was able to test and troubleshoot and isolate the problem. Contacted the seller and asked if they could send a replacement stick of RAM. I received a quick response and quickly placed a replacement stick in the mail. 5-Stars for service. Laptop seems good, and came in great shape. I like the black cover on the top. Thank you

It feels solid, all keys functional, and is a work horse. Seller provides a high level of value for the money, so I recommend you look at the items in their store; I believe you'll find something you want. Plus the shipping is actual shipping costs, not inflated. Secure packaging. Strongly recommend, & I will keep checking their inventory.
