I sent two emails after July 30th requesting the tracking# for my package. Heard NOTHING back from seller. However, despite listing stating "Ships next business day", my package was actually NOT shipped out until UPS received it on August 4th! ONE WEEK LATER! ONE email could have explained the delay in shipment of item. No need to be deceptive.
