The coin is cleaned but I tell that from the pictures you provided. All of these, almost all, from the Bradford Exchange or whoever did these, wanted to make them more presentable. So they cleaned most them before they packaged them for sale like they did. I vaguely remember buying a few back in the 90’s. Anyway, thanks. Have great day.
