What I didn't like is that the seller provided a fake tracking number, and when I told him the tracking number wasn't working, he said "USPS FCM letter mail (letter tracking number is not traceable)." I told him that it it would be better not to provide a tracking number at all since it doesn't work anyway.

Oh, yes, let me say, you won't get a better price, and service than right here. So much for the "big box store". I returned their stuff and purchased from this seller. Saved a bunch of $. Give them a try, you'll see for yourself.

The seller was cooperative, responsive, and did their best to assist with tracking and resolution. While I can’t comment on the product’s quality or performance since it wasn’t delivered, the seller’s customer service was commendable. The situation was frustrating, but no fault lies with the seller. Marking positive due to the sellers helpful attitude.
