The charger is not broken, because I tested it on another unit. The vacuum itself is defective and the seller did not include that information on the item page. It stated "Open box, excellent condition" which clearly did not include the fact the item was broken. I tried reaching out to the seller, but no response, so I am going to seek a refund through eBay.

The pricing was fair, and the item was carefully packaged, arriving in what looked like brand-new condition. It worked exactly as described, meeting my expectations. However, the response time from the seller could be improved, so I’d recommend staying patient when waiting for replies. Overall, a solid transaction with room for slight improvement in communication.

It was in factory box and upon opening found the heater as described and in excellent shape. Quality remains to be seen but looks to be of descent quality. Pricing was the best I could find on E-bay or from other outside sources. Usually Amazon does pretty well but not this time. Seller shipped quick and it arrived quick so I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.
