The problem for me was that I have a PO box and the box wouldn't fit (usually CDs are packed in padded envelopes and would fit). So, I had to go to the post office when it was open, delaying my time in actually receiving the package since I only go to the post office once a week and it came the day after my last trip. The seller shipped it promptly and the item was in the condition described.
