The Seller had no control over the stupid import (Canada to USA) fee's that I had to pay to get it thru UPS to my house. And even with the unexpected fee's, it was still a bargain price. The item received did not match the listing, and when I made this known to the seller they immediately (within the hour) issued a full refund and sent their apologies. I was incredibly pleased with the level of customer service shown, I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again considering how quickly and positively this situation was handled.
