Made several promises that he never upheld. no padding to protect the item, just dropped it in a unpadded envelope. This was a time sensitive order that should have arrived with plenty of time to spare but he did not ship for a week and tried to tell me it was already shipped when it wasn't. Said he would do this and do that to make it right and never done any of it.
