I am quite happy with the quality, condition, value, and appearance of the CD and Blu-ray DVD that came with the Ai Otsuka Lover Letter item. Seller wrapped the CD+DVD amazingly well: surrounded by protective cardboard and then mailed in a bubble-wrapped envelope. It arrived fairly quickly for a USPS mailed item. Seller replied to my query about shipping quite quickly and politely. I would definitely buy from this seller again. The CD that I purchased arrived in perfect condition, exactly as it had been described!!! The CD quality was 100% top notch, fabulous in appearance and it had great value pricing!!! It was shipped in sturdy cardboard packaging and it arrived quickly and on schedule!!! It was a very smooth and flawless transaction!!! I highly recommend this seller to everyone!!! The shipping was ok in speed for being sent usps the the main problem was poor packaging at its best. They put the part in like a very thin bubble wrap pouch that was not wrapped up tight inside a box with no packaging to keep the part from sliding around the inside the box. Claimed it was damaged during shipping. I simply asked for a couple photos and I would file an insurance claim and issue a full refund and he could keep the item for free. Doesn't provide any photos and sends it back. The box is in perfect condition after getting shipped twice. The connector terminal is broken which is an inner part that would not have touched anything even if the box was crushed. Obviously broke it when installing. We threw it out.
