Complete kits of new items were included, as well as a large quantity of rotary burrs--including about 25 new tungsten carbide bits. The value received is generous to memorable, as I collect and use this stuff often. I don't care about shipping times, but it was super fast. Packaging was solid & sufficient to task. Definitely a great seller; would buy again just out of gratitude.
