Joe got on the phone with him to answer his questions and assure him that it would be packed carefully and he would ship on a specific date as we were heading out on vacation. He lived up to his word and the package arrived as promised. The box sets are all in excellent near mint condition and my husband is absolutely over the moon. Joe is a truly trustworthy seller and I highly recommend doing business with him.
