    Have no idea how to rate product. FedEx sent me a picture and said delivered of somebody else porch with a package that weighed 31 pounds. These nuts weigh about 3 oz. Sellers gave full refund. The tracking # was wrong for my package. So I put down zero stars. I can’t rate what I don’t have. Thanks Much And I still gave a positive. Have a blessed day.

    We were so happy to find this scanner on eBay, and we received it very quickly. Unfortunately, we were given inaccurate information about the compatibility with our software, and the technicians were not able to configure it to work properly. The seller was extremely gracious regarding the return policy, and we received the authorization promptly. All of this transpired within a week, so we're quite pleased with the outcome despite not being able to use what is a high-quality scanner.
