Seller shipped out promptly, packing and printing their shipping label the same day I purchased the item. When I noticed some thing weird with the tracking number (Totally NOT the sellers fault by the way) and reached out to the seller, they responded to my concerns within 30 minutes or less. The item was packaged securely so that it arrived undamaged and as described, matching the pictures in the auction. It was great value for the item.
