This is critical because a computer is very fragile. When I opened up the computer, some of the internal had been shaken loose. I had a little bit of trouble getting this up and running. Through this process, the seller was prompt to reply and offer support. Long story short, the computer works like a charm now and appears to have been well maintained by the sellers. Highly recommend!
