He assured me everything was there and that it will be packaged accordingly. Upon receiving I could tell it was open box but it came in the original packaging that was only slightly damaged. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Everything was there and intact, barely looked messed with. It was also an open box item, but it was missing its hardware, and I reached out to the seller, and the seller refunded me. No questions asked immediately which I appreciate because the boxes is useless without the hardware.. it was a little frustrating, but the seller made it easy and simple and I appreciate that.
