For this one, I wasn't seeing a tracking number or anything, and I got lamentably antsy and contacted the seller. He replied with the greatest courtesy, and his reasons for not having shipped just yet were utterly unimpeachable. I was thoroughly abashed. And even more so when he upgraded the shipping, and got the piece to me within the stated timeframe. Again, my heartfelt thanks and apologies!
