I contacted Epson about the problem with no resolution on error and then notified seller, who readily gave full refund. Fortunately, it was insured with Allstate at time of sale. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with the seller and hope to link up again..Epson WorkForce WF 310 Color Inkjet All-in-One Printer "Clean and Tested" Nice (#126609764266)
