Unfortunately, it arrived with a small crack on the side of the casing. It was clear this happened during shipping even though the phone seemed packed well (shout out to the box throwers at USPS). The seller was quick with communication, very apologetic, and offered a full refund. I negotiated a partial refund as, while the crack is there, it is small and will still work for me.
