I was able to refuse delivery, provided photos, and got full refund; although it took few days, probably because the seller wasn't able to verify that I had not actually accepted until later. So, would DEFINITELY do business with the seller again and HIGHLY recommend! just don't buy the next white one - I want it ;) A+++ GREAT EBAYER!

I didn't see the original condition of the rack from the seller, What I can tell you is the quality of the rack exceeds most direct from OEM shipping reviews where shipping damage is common and the buyers had to get another one. Short review which is not reflective on the seller. Dented side panel (common OEM shipper damage not the seller), ALL parts INCLUDED, everything works as it should! Good seller! Good comms!
