When I received the item, the screen wouldn't allow me to unlock it, and the device became extremely hot when I placed it on the charger. When I reached out to the seller, he was quick to respond and apologized for the item's malfunction. He then completely refunded the purchase, and I sent the item back. Even though the item did function as it should have, the seller was great with shipping and communication!

It was clearly mention, the item is unlocked to use with any carrier, and even before I buy I did ask from the seller and didn’t deny for it! Since the seller refuses to get the phone unlocked I had to pay $119 for unlocked service and wasted lot of time ( days ) to get the phone unlocked.
