There was a mixup with the order and I messaged straight away, I got a reply pretty much immediately and the correct item was sent. Tracking was available and when the item arrived it was packaged perfectly, seeing as this came from overseas there was zero damage during transit, and was just as described. Cost was reasonable to me. Thank you so much for all your help, you were right, looks perfect on my shelf!
