I contacted the seller and the filed a report with USPS or whomever, and made sure I was refunded for it. Great customer service from seller

And no mention about the broken handle in the description. I went ahead and bought it-good price, but that is a very poor way to do business. NOT RECOMMENDED to do business with or deal with !! I guess to cover shipping, seller shipped this spinning reel in a 12x12x6 enormous box.
