Outside the Wire is a true accounting of author Dennis Norris's work in Afghanistan. Read about how this lifelong Hoosier ended up in some of Afghanistan's most remote and violent regions, and how he depended upon his Afghan brothers to protect him and teach him their language. Dennis's stories are both funny and heartbreaking, providing an insider's view on the Afghan people with whom he lived and worked.
