For being refurbished, they both look practically brand new with only minimal signs of wear. Performance has been smooth and reliable. I’ve had no issues running games like GTA and South of Midnight, and my daughter plays a lot of GTA and Roblox without a hitch. Excellent deal for the price! FYI: These laptops will not run InZoi, as they don’t meet the game’s system requirements. Just a heads up.

Exactly what I needed since I'm always on Zoom meetings and constantly multitasking so I needed a laptop that had enough power. Shipping was super fast, received in 2 days and it was ready to use right out of the box with no issues and its in Great condition! The seller has been very responsive and answered any questions. I definitely recommend this seller and I will absolutley buy from them again in the future!

Thankfully the customer service was very patient with me and was willing to exchange the laptop for the correct one. The laptop itself apart from the issues was in very good condition, it looked brand new. The laptop was as described, in great condition, and exactly what I wanted. Shipping was fast. The only problem was the short battery life. They were quick to respond to my message, had me check a couple of things, and sent a replacement battery right away. WOW, I was impressed.
