Everything was exactly as stated; flatware looks is brand new and in perfect condition. I expected the boxes to be a little battered, but they were not at all! Must've just been open box, but you could never tell. Great value too!

When I received the original shipment, it was beautifully and very securely packed with no damage whatsoever. I highly recommend this seller!
