The only problem I had was it didn't come with the DC cord and a manual. I contacted cellar and seller immediately sent out both items and I received within a week due to the holiday. I would recommend buying from the seller.

Tried several times with tested cables.. contacted seller and received and received a full refund. This is a honest and fair seller and would highly recommend to anyone.
