The problem is seller in China and so return is not cost effective. Will stay with my USA made TNC. USB program cord is not included and that is a problem finding one that works with unit.

The shipping is the main issue (I don't really blame the seller for this). The shipping comes from Orange Connex (SpeedPAK) but then is given to another company once entering the US called "UniUni". Packages delivered by UniUni seem to take a very long time to reach their destination, and in a lot of cases they never reach the final destination.
