The first shipment was lost by FedEx, and the replacement shipment was unfortunately damaged in shipping. In both cases, CTI responded quickly and provided an agreeable service recovery solution. While it was frustrating to have these issues, they were not the fault of the seller....and the communication and resolution was good.
